Libur pun akhirnya datang..
and saat yang tepat juga buat istirahat awal tahun
and akhirnya, cuti pun menjadi lebih menyenangkan karena bisa main main sama Aulia
ga berasa ternyata sudah mau 10 tahun umurnya...
Gonna miss my Baby Boy, secara..sekarang aja udah susah banget kalo mau diajak jalan2...

Hobi lain Auli selain nonton and makan itu...main!!
apalagi kalo pergi sama adek2 sepupunya..
main di tempat bermain itu keharusan!
And jadilah dia..Wall Climber..
sementara adek2 nya yang masih pada kecil itu ga bisa naik, Auli dengan sigapnya manjat ke atas...
hahahaaa...
terlihat sangat senang sekali,
dan abis itu semuahnya kecapek an...
dan seperti biasa, bunda itu adalah Driver, tukang bayar, tukang foto :)
jadi pengen cuti lagiii

Sesudah sekian lama menunggu, akhirnya hadir juga kehadapan..

dan penggunaan perdana tanggal 2 Oktober 2011 pun jadi moment yang di tunggu tunggu

jarak rumah ke UI, untuk ukuran saya yang jarang mengayuh sepeda itu sebenernya ga terlalu jauh, tapi juga nggak dekat, lumayan lah, ditambah muteri komplek Kampus UI yang lumayan gede itu, cukup bikin keringetan

sudah berpikir, lumayan lah untuk ukuran pertama kali sepedahan..lanjut minggu depan deh...

tapi ternyata oh ternyata, rencana tinggal rencana,

sampai sekarang, sesudah 3 bulan Dorothy masih stay manis di bawah tangga, sama seperti saat pertama kali dia masuk rumah...bukan karena malas olahraga atau sayang sepedahnya

tapi leih karena kondisi yang tidak memungkinkan...

akhirnya yang diharapkan datang

masih di beri kepercayaan sama Allah SWT untuk memberikan adik buat Aulia...

soo....Dorothy pun kembali ke kandang...

tapi setidaknya udah ga penasaran gara2 sepedah :)

Ginger...The Autumn Mystery

Membuat scrapbook itu bisa menggunakan media apapun

one day, my friend asked me to made him "project" for his Bike!

A bike? yes indeed...it's name Ginger...

Harus beda dari yang lain, and harus merepresentasikan sepedahnya...

bingung? bangetttt....

tapi akhirnya...The Ginger Project - that's what i called it...

bisa selesai juga, sesudah sempet bingung, mau diapain lagi inih sepedaahhh....

and ini hasil keseluruhannya

terdiri dari 7 PART, total 16 buah kanvas

yang bisa di pisah masing masing

atau di gabung menjadi 1 kanvas besar dengan ukuran hampir 2m x 2m

fiuuhhh....

Here it goes!

The Story....

Sesudah menghabiskan 2 minggu untuk merubah kanvas putih menjadi berwarna

melalui proses pengecatan beberapa kali untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan

akhirnya bisa mulai di kerjain juga "The Autum Mystery"-Project

Sulit?? lebih tepatnya sangat "Menantang"

menggabungkan banyak unsur dan tekhnik yang lumayan ribet

tapi akhirnya bisa selesai dengan memuaskan...

dan ternyata "BIG SHOTS" sungguh sangat membantu dan membuat ketagihan sekali

embossing powder dan heat gun juga merupakan teman terbaik untuk teknik yang mudah tapi hasil yang bagus :)

bisa dapet embelishment metal bentuk sepedah roda satu

sungguh membuat girang :)

diberi sentuhan Staz On Copper Metallic, and selesai :)

Mencari quotes yang tepat untuk sepeda itu ternyata ga mudah..

gak banyak quotes tentang sepedah,

tapi akhirnya menemukan beberapa yang sesuai dengan fotonya

ukuran kanvas 20cm x 30cm

Kombinasi dari metal embelishment nya Tim Holtz,

Sama die cuts dari tim holtz juga

plus crackle accentand glossy accent dari rangers

Base nya Acrylic paint

di lapis sama shimmering nya tattered angel

and di spray lagi sama glimmering mist :)

Di tiap kanvas, di beri aksen embos, dengan warna Gold, Copper and Red Metallic

Stickles ikut memberi detail kuat di die cuts yang ada

dibuat menggunakan big shot, di lapis dengan embossing powder, dan dilapis dengan stickles

PART 4

sekeliling kanvas di kasih crackled accent dari ranger

warna espresso brown

Mba Alice selalu membuat kagum dengan segala perlengkapan menjahitnya

buat gue yang notabene nya Jait kancing aja ga di satu titik,

Awalnya cuma sekedar iseng beli..

tapi akhirnya, hampir semua temen2, ngasih oleh oleh tiap pergi,

jadi deh ...satu lemari full, penuh dengan tumbler lucu lucu

yang paling "lain" sendiri itu, seri tumbler negara dari Jepang

Woooooowww.....sementara yang negara2 lain cuma tumbler putih dan lukisan sederhana dengan tulisan negara nya, sementara tumbler dari Jepang itu, punya ciri khas gambar dari daerah masing masing...

Ditambah lagi limited edition dari tumler starbucks yang ada

Akhirnya emak emak rempongs ini kembali bertemu...hahaha, semua yang di rencanakan secara mendadak pasti sukses dijalani...(untuk janjian ketemuan yaaaa). Kenapa?
Soalnya berapa kali janjian untuk ketemuan, selalu adaaaaa aja alasannya, selalu batal...Alhamdulillah...hari ini terwujud! Yeeeaaayyyy!!!!

Terjebak!! Sebelumnya pas pizza pesenan orang di bakar, bentuknya ga banyak sayurnya...

lumayan jauh ya kaaaaa.....

pembagian kamar sempet jadi ricuh, secara tiba2 ada yang nemplok ikut

wkwkwkwkwk, tapi setelah terselesaikan dengan baik, langsung di mulai tour the LION city

untuk entah keberapa kalinya

tapi ngga pernah bosen...

Akhirnya tiba juga hari yang lumayan di tunggu-tunggu,

meninggalkan keriuhan Jakarta, melepaskan penat sejenak...

5-10 Januari 2011, gone to Sydney and Goldcoast

Bye Jakarta...Hellow Sydney!!

Sesudah perjalanan kurang lebih 7 jam, proses imigrasi yang lumayan ketat (thank God pak Shun - our beloved tour guide, bisa dengan mudah meloloskan segala bawaan kamii....) akhirnya sampai juga ke Jantung kota Sydney

Paddy's Market! sedikit jetlag, tapi tetap menyenangkan,

awalnya ga begitu niat untuk shopping, secaraa...masih ga nyambung, tapi akhirnya...

apa lagi yang harus dilakukan selain belanja?? foto foto?? IT'S A MUST!

ini masih di area Paddys Market juga

huwaaa...Santooo...miss youu muuucchhhh

Menginap di hotel yang deket kemana mana

tapi kurangnya Sydney....tokonya tutup nya cepet :(

put some gel medium on the lid of the jar

covered it with the fabric

put on gel medium all over the fabric

let it dry..

put some buttons and a butterfly

or anything you want

put ribbon around the lid

last..

i stick the flower

and finished!

you've got a beautiful lid of the jar!

so...i went to scrap room,

tidy it up again..

sorted some papers..fotos..embelishments and so on..

accompanied by rain and cups of coffee..

knowing for sure that, what i do right now... is not going anywhere.. STUCK!! but why on earth i keep doing this? curiousity? attentions?
